Gareth Gale - Director
Gareth handles all matters, which guarantees a strong and intimate service. Gareth has over 24 years of experience, particularly within urban and inner-urban areas, but also more recently in peri-urban and rural areas.
Gareth's primary focus over the past 17 years has been upon appearing at VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria in all manner of hearings, mediations (Compulsory Conferences) and directions proceedings.
Gareth also regularly:
- Assists clients obtain planning approval via the Council.
- Guides potential objectors through the system including their representation both with Council and as part of the VCAT process.
Gareth represents all stakeholders including Permit Applicants, Objectors and Councils. This provides a well-rounded experience base to bring the best results to any work provided
